Rhythm & Swing will perform a short demo during one of the band breaks.

EVENT INFO
The Elk River Band program is hosting their annual swing dance, featuring jazz bands from Elk River and surrounding area schools. The night will include dance lessons, music, food, and a silent auction.

NOTES
Band leader John Rosner talked with me about this idea last year, but only checked back today, so the timeline is short. I'd like to get back to him as soon as possible. He is very motivated for the students up there to be exposed to real dancing. There would also be comp tickets available for any of your dancing friends who wanted to join us and dance to the bands. :)
